1. General Information

Welcome to Viero Design (https://viero-design.tebex.io/), an online store that offers premium Minecraft builds โ€” including spawns, hubs, PvP arenas, castles, and custom structures.

By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase from our store, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Digital Products

All products sold on Viero Design are digital files (e.g. .schematic, .world, .zip) intended for use in Minecraft only.

  • No physical products are shipped.

  • All files are delivered automatically via Tebex upon successful payment.

3. Copyright & Usage Rights

All builds sold through Viero Design are either original creations of our team or contributed by authorized partners. They are protected by copyright.

You are NOT allowed to:

  • Resell or redistribute any purchased build

  • Upload our files to other websites or marketplaces

  • Claim the build as your own (without explicit agreement)

You are allowed to:

  • Use the build on your own Minecraft server (public or private)

  • Modify the build for personal use

  • Use in commercial server projects, as long as you comply with licensing terms (as listed per product)

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instant nature of our products, refunds are generally not available.

We only issue refunds in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Delivery of the wrong file

  • Corrupted file that cannot be repaired

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase via our Discord support.

5. Payments

All payments are securely processed through Tebex. Accepted payment methods include:

  • PayPal

  • Credit / Debit Cards

  • Other options supported by Tebex

Prices include any applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

6. Affiliate Program ("Creator Code")

Viero Design offers an affiliate program where partners (influencers, server owners, content creators) can earn a commission from sales.

  • Commission starts at 5%

  • Top affiliates can earn up to 30%

  • All payouts are automated via Tebex

  • Funds can be withdrawn to PayPal or bank card

7. Disclaimer of Liability

Viero Design is not responsible for:

  • Issues caused by third-party Minecraft modifications

  • Improper installation or usage of our builds

  • Losses incurred due to file misuse or server-side errors

We always recommend backing up your server before adding new content.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
